  1. Controller

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

    Cambio Capital GbR

    Amalienstrasse 62
    D-80799 München

    Email: info@cambio.capital

Cambio Capital GbR is represented by its partners Dr. Christian Reif, Roland Plecher and Dr. Malte Iversen. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as there is no legal obligation to do so.

  2. Overview

This website is designed to process as little personal data as possible. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, social media plug-ins or advertising services. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own web space; your browser does not connect to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts) when you visit this website.

Personal data is processed only to the extent described below: when you visit the website (server log files) and when you contact us by email.

  3. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Each time you access the website, the web server automatically records technical information that your browser transmits, in particular:

    • IP address of the requesting device,
    • date and time of the request,
    • page or file requested and amount of data transferred,
    • status of the request (e.g. successful, file not found),
    • referring website (referrer), if transmitted,
    • browser type and version and operating system.

This data is processed to deliver the website, to ensure its stability and security, and to detect and defend against attacks and misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable operation of the website. The data is not combined with other data sources and is not used to identify individual visitors. Log files are stored only for as long as necessary for these purposes and are then deleted or anonymised.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with IONOS pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. IONOS processes the data exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions, on servers located within the European Union.

  4. Contact by Email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide (in particular your name, email address and the content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Where your enquiry relates to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise, it is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us.

We delete your data once it is no longer required for these purposes, unless statutory retention obligations (in particular under commercial and tax law) require us to keep it for longer. Our email services are provided by IONOS SE on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

  5. Encryption

This website uses TLS encryption (recognisable by “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar) to protect the data you transmit from being read by third parties.

  6. External Links

This website contains links to external websites. Data is only transmitted to the operator of such a website once you click the link and leave our website. The privacy policy of the respective operator applies from that point onwards.

  7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights with regard to your personal data:

    • access to the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
    • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
    • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
    • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
    • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

To exercise your rights, an informal message to info@cambio.capital is sufficient.

  8. Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. The supervisory authority responsible for us is:

    Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA)
    Promenade 18
    91522 Ansbach, Germany
    www.lda.bayern.de

  9. Further Information

The provision of personal data is neither required by law nor by contract; however, the website cannot be delivered without processing the server log data described above. We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to the website or to legal requirements. The version published on this website applies.
